Vol. 01 · Raising families between two cultures
Spring / Mùa Xuân 2026

Raising Vietnamese families, between two worlds.Nuôi dạy gia đình Việt, giữa hai nền văn hóa.

Flourish is a live coaching community for Vietnamese-diaspora families. We meet weekly on Zoom with licensed coaches — and keep a library of tools, one-pagers, and conversations you can return to anytime.

Over 2,400 families in the community

What we stand on

Three values,
held loosely but deeply.

01

CuriosityTò mò

We ask better questions before we give answers. There's always more going on beneath the surface — with your family, and with you.

02

CompassionLòng trắc ẩn

Parenting between cultures is hard. We make space for the weight of it, and practice tenderness toward ourselves too.

03

IntegrityChính trực

No quick fixes, no shame, no scripts. Real coaches, honest conversations, and tools you can actually use on a Tuesday night.

From the community

“My father and I don’t agree on much. But after the ‘Bridging generations’ workshop, we found a way to disagree without it ending the conversation. That’s everything to me.”
